Matthew Matt James, born 5 December 1991 from North Carolina. Matthew Matt James is a mixed race son of Manny James (of Jamaican descendance) as well as Patty James. He has an Nigerian father and a Caucasian mom. In 2010 he graduated of Sanderson High School and furthered to Wake Forest University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics in the year 2015. James gained fame when he filmed his debut as a reality TV star in The Bachelorette. He was selected in 2020 to play the bachelor for season 25 of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The show premiered on the 20th of January in. James is the perfect fit for the job as his height, beauty and physique are funny. Rachael krkconnell was chosen as his partner for the entire season. In season 30 (in 2021) of Dancing with the Stars, he competed with the famous dancing star Arnold. James as well as Arnold finished 12th.
